Please read these terms carefully before using the JX Gear Group platform and purchasing our industrial solutions.
By accessing or using the JX Gear Group website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to our information regarding PC Steel production lines and the purchase of our machinery and turnkey solutions.
01 Scope of Services
Our Website provides technical specifications and commercial information about PC wire, PC strand, PC bar production lines, wire drawing machinery, and turnkey factory solutions. The services we offer include equipment sales, technical consultation, on-site installation, commissioning, technical training, and after-sales maintenance.
02 Order and Contract
All inquiries submitted through the Website are for information exchange purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract.
A formal sales contract will be signed between you and our company before any transaction is confirmed. The terms of the written contract shall prevail over any content on the Website. You shall pay the contract amount in accordance with the payment terms specified in the formal contract.
03 Equipment Delivery and Installation
- We shall deliver the equipment within the timeline agreed upon in the formal contract.
- Transportation costs and risks (Incoterms) shall be borne in accordance with the contract terms.
- We provide on-site installation and commissioning services as agreed. The client must provide necessary on-site conditions (power, foundation, utilities) and cooperate with our technical team.
04 Quality Assurance
Our equipment is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of commissioning. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective parts free of charge (excluding damage caused by improper operation or natural disasters). After the warranty period, we provide paid maintenance services and supply original spare parts at a reasonable price.
05 Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits or production delays. We shall not be responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to force majeure, including natural disasters, wars, government policies, and other unforeseeable events.
06 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the place where JX Gear Group is located (Huaian, Jiangsu) for settlement.
07 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
